his medium density development is located in an established suburb, where the site was once an existing primary school. LDEng have worked closely with the client to help them achieve their outcomes of modern townhouse living cleverly located among well established tree reserves, while managing the gentle grades of the site.
The site boosts a secluded yet modern feel for approx 80 lots where new residents will enjoy the quiet new surrounding of this ‘infill’ site. The clever design with the internal ‘loop’ road, will benefit new residents while creating a feel of a boutique community.An onsite landscaped bio-retention feature for the site drainage also gives the new development an open feel to the west side, where the site joins to an existing Council reserve.
What We Did
LDEng worked closely with the Client to achieve their timeline release of Stage 1, that included fully built townhouses. The design included lot benching and some small retaining walls, which provided a cost effective solution for the modern architecture townhouses.
LDEng together with Montdami Constructions, helped complete Stage 1 and 2 in 2019.
