Project Description
Aurum Estate is located in a unique, quieter part of Cranbourne East, nestled against the Casey Fields Sporting Precinct to the north and Ballarto Road to the south. LDEng have worked closely with Sightstone and the City of Casey to complete design of Stages 1 & 2, with construction completion in 2020. This new development will further add to the already established community, which boasts a diverse range of amenities.

Key Features
The site location lends itself to an easy access to the Casey Fields Sporting complex and other shopping amenities within 5mins. The onsite small commercial centre will also be beneficial to the new residents. Upcoming road upgrades by the City of Casey to the south of the site, will provide higher standards of living and better access to new homes.

What We Did
LDEng undertook an extensive analysis of the drainage design to cater for this development, incorporating two separate Melbourne Water Drainage scheme pipe systems within the first two stages. These designs link to an adjacent Wetland system that supports the area. LDEng are continuing to complete the final third stage of the development in both design and construction management.

Project Outcomes
LDEng are working closely with Streetworks, to ensure completion dates are achieved as per the Client’s expectations. Stage 1 & 2 are expecting completion by late 2020, with commencement of stage 3 in October 2020.
