Quok is a qualified senior engineer with over 8 years of experience in the Land Development industry. Beginning as a design engineer for residential and commercial developments, Quok then broadened his experience by developing services in the stormwater industry, modelling urban flood/stormwater events, advising on management strategies to both the public and private sectors. Quok is also practised in designing Water Sensitive Urban Design IWSUDI assets and floodways protecting both the community at large and the environment from urbanised pollution.

Yuchen is a Graduate Engineer from the University of Melbourne. After completing her Environmental Engineering degree, Yuchen continued pursuing her passion in the engineering industry and completed a Masters in Civil Engineering at the end of 2015. With strong analytical and technical skills in structural theory, transport systems and water and waste management, she is able to evaluate, resolve and deliver outcomes that are both environmentally and financially effective for all stakeholders.

She prides herself on her friendly, personable manner, strong communication skills and critical thinking abilities. Rebecca has over 10 years’ experience working in professional settings, producing highly polished documents, giving her the expertise needed to ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsible for maintaining the Quality Assurance and Health & Safety Systems, Rebecca performs internal audits, prepares checklists and documents used to record QA processes and undertakes the administrative operation of the QA, HS and corrective action systems.
Benn is a Contract Manager with 18 years of experience in both the Land Development and Civil Infrastructure industry. The combination of his design experience with his comprehensive knowledge of both Construction Contract Standards and Project Management services allows him to deliver projects ranging from 50 to 1,000 lot developments in both residential and mixed-use commercial sites for the State’s public and private sector.
Sam is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 10 years’ experience. He has undertaken Designer and Drafting roles on many Residential and Industrial subdivisions ranging from 10 lots to 1000 lots in Melbourne and rural Victoria. Sam is skilled in the preparation of Civil Construction drawings including detailed designs, roads & drainage, sewer & water plan drawings and documentation for Land Development projects. Dedication to his role sees Sam always looking for ways to develop his skills and learn new design techniques, improving the quality and efficiency of his work.
I have 14 years experience working as a Civil Engineer. A great majority of this work has focused on Subdivision and Water Sensitive Urban Design through the land development process. I have worked closely with local government, developers, water retailers, and authorities like Melbourne Water to find efficient and economical solutions to many projects. I have worked extensively across the Victorian and New South Wales markets and I’m well versed in the expectations of Council. I have knowledge of and experience in the application of various planning, legislatures and Best Management Practices. I have strengths in the feasibility, concept design, detailed design and construction/superintending phases of a variety of projects including roads, intersections, sewer, water supply, drainage, and water quality assets. From my role as a graduate Civil Engineer through to the position I hold now, effective communication is one of my strongest attributes and it’s what differentiates me against my peers. I run workshops, mentor staff, educate my clients and negotiate outcomes. I enjoy the challenge of identifying an audiences motivation and using that achieve the best outcome for a project.
Brent is our Manager of Sports and Play division with over 15 years of experience in the Sports industry. Brent has expertise in the planning and development of sports and play facilities. These facilities include Football Grounds (All Codes), Athletics Tracks, Hockey Fields Tennis Courts, Cricket Nets and Thoroughbred Racing Facilities. Brent’s knowledge of the master-planning, design and construction of Sports and Play facilities including Thoroughbred Racing has seen him work on major projects throughout Victoria and interstate.
