As a Director of LD Eng, Andrew oversees all aspects of our business operation, and leads our Land Development team to ensure we deliver the highest level of communication and service for our clients.
Andrew’s experience includes design, construction and project management of projects within the residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, marine, and mining environments.
Brent is our Manager of Sports and Play division with over 15 years of experience in the Sports industry. Brent has expertise in the planning and development of sports and play facilities. These facilities include Netball/Basketball courts, Football Grounds (All Codes), Athletics Tracks, Hockey Fields Tennis Courts, Cricket Nets and Thoroughbred Racing Facilities.
Clients see Brent as a loyal and trusted advisor with solid relationships within the industry.Brent has a vested interest in Horse Racing being an active owner and breeder and can be found at the races most Saturday afternoons.

Richard is a Civil Engineering who loves nothing more, than to use his 20+ years experience to make projects run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Outside of work Richard loves Golf, MTB, and AFL, both at Junior Level, and as an MCC & NMFC Member. He is also actively involved in his family’s grazing property.

Brendan has 12 years’ experience in the planning, design and construction management of water and wastewater infrastructure of all sizes which has led to him being a facilitator for the MRWA Advanced Water Design Assurance Scheme (DAS) for the past 5 years. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in the management of all subsurface utilities including asset protection and relocation scoping and key stakeholder negotiation, which he applies to large scale infrastructure projects to ensure the most economical and time efficient outcome is achieved.
Benn has over 20 years’ experience in the urban development sector and is focused on helping clients achieve practical and commercially driven outcomes on a range of projects, particularly greenfield and infill communities.

Michael manages the land development team with Nathan Miratana. His focus is on project inception & delivery in the design phase. When he’s not at his desk working, Michael loves spending time with his family (2 girls), and watching and participating in sport (AFL & cricket).

Rohit is a Senior Civil Engineer with over 5 years of Construction and Project Management experience in Urban Land Development. He has worked on a variety of projects which include small subdivisions, large-scale communities as well as infrastructure projects. Rohit consults with clients to truly understand and service their needs, while building relations with stakeholders of projects to ensure they are completed as efficiently as possible.

Chris is a Senior Engineer with 9 years’ experience in construction and project management. Chris’ primary role within LDEng is the delivery of greenfields and brownfields land development projects where he specialises in the approvals and delivery process and close management of client’s commercial outcomes. Chris rarely sleeps and his only hobby is delivering high-quality outcomes for his clients but he sometimes trains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and watches the EPL, NBA, and UFC.

Ahmed is a Charted Senior Civil Engineer with over 8 years’ experience in Australia. His project experience includes designing and managing land development projects and infrastructure works comprising upgrade of arterial roads and intersections from feasibility to construction. He has a strong technical background, combined with excellent communication skills, natural leadership, and a clear emphasis on project delivery and client focus.
Dean is a dedicated Senior Civil Engineer and brings a decade of experience in the land development industry. He specializes in all design aspects of large multi-stage developments with a commitment to creating first-class environments and communities.
Kristy is tenacious, robust and loves a challenge. Multi-tasking, prioritizing and finding solutions is something she prides herself on. Contractually strong with a passion for streamlining processes to ensure projects are finishing within budget, timeframe and to the highest level of quality.
Elsa has 8 years’ experience working in the civil design field. Beginning her career as a trainee draftsperson in Perth, Elsa has developed the skills required to design and deliver multi-stage residential developments, progressing to take on her most recent role as Design Team Lead. Elsa is also involved in ALDE (Association of Land Development Engineers) as chair of the Diversity and Inclusion sub-committee.
Jacob is a Civil Engineer with 3 years’ experience in Project Management throughout the Urban Land Development sector. He will ensure clients are getting the best service possible and is always enthusiastic to confront any challenges that are faced. He will be more than happy to convince you that Rugby is a superior sport to AFL.
Tina is a Civil engineer with over 17 years’ experience, primarily in Civil and structural design for residential projects. Since 2016, her experience is in Land development comprises mainly in the design of Roadworks, Drainage, Sewer & water. Always keen to learn new things and share experiences, be it either new design techniques or software packages, she has always been a firm believer of – TEAM – Together everyone achieves more.
Interests – She has great affinity towards cardio activities. Without a 90min walk or a 5k run, her day is not complete.
Fiona is an Administration Officer with over 11 years of experience in the industry making her a great team player. She plans, directs, and coordinates all of our administrative services. Fiona is inspired by her daughter and in her free times, loves to do activities like reading books, baking, playing games, or playing princess with her little pot of sunshine.

Nick has several years of experience in civil engineering, over this time he has gained experience on a range of projects in brown fields, land development and sports. Following many of these projects through from inception to construction.Nick is passionate about playing sports, and this translates into his design of sports projects where his knowledge of local facilities comes into play.
Nick also enjoys PC gaming. Using an acquired understanding of computers he has worked with our development team to bring added functionality in 12d to our sports projects. This has allowed the sports team to be dynamic when design changes arise.

Daniel is a civil engineer with over 5 years experience in land development working both in the private and public sectors. This includes experience in large greenfield developments and medium density projects.
Dabin is a civil engineer with 5 years of industry experience in Land Development, he has been working mostly on Functional Layout Plan and Water Design with a bit of everything else at LDeng. His interests are distance running, from 5km to Marathons.

James’ expertise lies in urban stormwater management, including the preparation of stormwater and integrated water management plans, flood modelling, water sensitive urban design and stormwater harvesting. This diverse range of experience provides a sound basis for James to deliver efficient and effective projects for his clients from strategic requirements, through to detailed design.
James’ specialty lies in appreciating water authority requirements in order to achieve practical solutions for all stakeholders and maximise developable land for his clients.Outside of work James enjoys time with his friends, playing AFL football and watching live music.

Rajeet has over 3 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering Land Development industry, with a wealth of technical skills in the field of design. Having completed his Master of Civil Engineering, Rajeet joined LD Eng as a graduate engineer and has since worked on a vast variety of residential development projects. With a passion for generating client-oriented outcomes, Rajeet continues to lead the delivery of practical and efficient designs.

Luke has more than 14 years’ experience in design documentation for civil designs both here and overseas. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Engineering Design and a skill set developed over the years Luke has a diverse background of projects from water treatment plants in Tarago to marine wave barriers in Mornington, enabling him to customise jobs on the fly for advantages project outcomes. Set-up and customisation of AutoCAD systems and Design documentation creating technical drawings that will provide the technical specifications is Luke’s focus at LD Eng. Some of his ever changing interests currently include; golf, gym and his little baby girl.

Dan works on 12d Detailed Design including Earthworks, Roads, Drainage and Sewer. He Manages and modifies the 12d systems for productivity and automation. His interests are PC Gaming, Bodybuilding and riding Sports motorcycles.

Sam is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 5 years’ experience as a Civil Designer, and 20 years as a Draftsman.
He has undertaken Designer / Drafting roles in the Greenfields and Brownfields sectors of Land Development on several Residential and Industrial subdivisions ranging from 10 to 1000 lots, with a wide range of experience in Melbourne and Rural Victoria.
Currently his role includes Quality assurance and auditing of the drafting within the company and Sewer Design using 12d. He produces engineering calculations, development of conceptual designs, preparation of master plans and the preparation of detailed designs and documentation for Land Development project implementation.
His passion is in drafting and getting the job done right the first time. He believes the most important thing that represents an Engineering Company is its quality of Drafting / Design Documentation.
Omar’s an Engineer with experience in water balance modelling, hydro-logic modelling, hydraulic modelling, flood mapping in GIS, water quality modelling and drainage assessment.
He uses technical information to deal with constraints posed by surface water runoff to provide practical and efficient solutions involving stormwater management to the satisfaction of our clients and residents in urban environments.His passionate about delivering outcomes that satisfy environmental needs and sustainable functional design that service the needs of a rapidly growing urban environment.

Thomas is one of the undergraduate students within the company studying the final year of his double degree of Engineering (Civil) and Commerce (Finance) at Monash University. Currently enhancing his technical knowledge through AutoCAD and 12d drafting in sewer and drainage design, Thomas is looking forward to the challenge of construction and project management.
