Karl has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of Civil Engineering for Land Development. As a Senior Engineer for Sanctuary Lakes, Karl was responsible for the design and construction of 2,200 lots, a 65Ha lake, Australia’s largest vacuum system and a Greg Norman golf course on a former salt works site. Karl has excellent relationships with Melbourne Water who awarded him the UDIA Consultant of the Year in 2013 for his work at Settlers Run. He is currently working closely with all Water Authorities on major servicing strategies in Melbourne and brings a wealth of experience to the team. His strength is in the design and project management and delivery of large-scale subdivisions as well as preparing and verifying development costing and feasibilities.
Steve is a Qualified Technical Officer with over 19 years’ experience in the Land Development and Civil Infrastructure field. He has undertaken project manager and designer roles on a number of residential subdivisions ranging from 50 lots to 10,000 lots. Steve has a wide range of experience and has project managed & designed subdivisions in Melbourne, Regional Victoria and on the New South Wales Coast. Steve's current role includes Project Management of residential subdivisions including; feasibility analysis, development costing, liaising with Authorities, such as Melbourne Water, managing the design and tender process including plan checking. Steve has MRWA DAS Accreditation for sewer and water.
Andrew is a Senior Civil Engineer, with over 13 years’ professional experience in Australia. Quok is a Qualified Senior Engineer with over 8 years of experience in the Land Development industry. Beginning as a design engineer for residential and commercial developments, Quok then broadened his experience by developing services in the stormwater industry, modelling urban flood/stormwater events, advising on management strategies to both the public and private sectors. Quok is also practised in designing Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) assets and floodways protecting both the community at large and the environment from urbanised pollution.
Brent is a Qualified Technical Officer with over 15 years of experience in the sports industry. He has expertise in the planning and development of sports and play facilities. These facilities include football grounds (all codes), athletics tracks, hockey fields tennis courts, cricket nets and thoroughbred racing facilities. Brent’s knowledge of the master-planning, design and construction of sports and play facilities including thoroughbred racing has seen him work on major projects throughout Victoria and interstate.
Richard is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in project management, for Land Development projects. Richard has a wide range of experience from civil design, to construction management, feasibilities, development costings, project and team management. Ranging in scale from 2 lot subdivisions to large scale green field residential developments, AS3500 medium density / infill developments, retirement villages, industrial sites, and associated supporting infrastructure, even the odd carpark. Due to his consistent and diligent work in the local area, he has built up an extensive network of contacts, and is often considered a go to, when projects need some guidance to produce outcomes.
Benn is a Senior Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the Land Development and Civil Infrastructure industry. Benn has a wide range of experience with project management and construction management roles in the urban land development sector with subdivisions ranging from 50 lots to 1000 lots. He also has experience with several commercial civil site works within Melbourne’s private and public sector.
Michael is a Senior Civil Engineer with over 6 years of professional experience in the Land Development and Civil Infrastructure industry. Michael has a wide range of experience in the design and project management of residential sub-divisions ranging from 50 - 500 lots.
Thileepan is a Senior Civil Engineer with over 18 years of experience in project management, design and construction of land development and civil infrastructure throughout Victoria, interstates in Australia and overseas. Thileepan is a lead engineer and project manager to provide comprehensive technical and practical solutions from feasibility to construction of residential subdivisions ranging from 200-1200 lots and has the working relationships with water authorities and councils throughout Victoria. He holds the Melbourne Retail Water Agency accreditation to check sewer and water plans. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer of Engineers Australia.
Chris is a Senior Civil Engineer with over 8 years of experience in the civil construction and commercial building environments. Chris brings with him a varied skillset and wide array of experience which includes construction management on land development projects in Alice Springs and Port Hedland. Most recently he has managed land development projects in Victoria including Woodend, Drouin, Gisborne and Rockdale.
Rohit is a Senior Civil Engineer, with over 5 years of construction experience in the Urban Land Development. Rohit is accredited with the Melbourne Retail Water Agencies for Construction Auditing of Sewer and Water pipelines (SA1 & WA1). He has successfully delivered multistage subdivision works including the Featherton Estate in Wallan, The Maples Estate in Greenvale, and Rivendell Heights in Mernda.
Nathan is a Senior Designer with over 15 years Design and Project Management experience. His strengths are in the planning, design and documentation of residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions, major and minor road infrastructure projects and trunk infrastructure servicing projects throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Niels is a Senior Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the stormwater industry across Melbourne Water, Local Government and the private sector. Niels has a strong technical background through undertaking numerous hydrologic and hydraulic studies. With a background in planning and design (architecture), Niels also has a keen interest in ensuring water assets are not only designed to function hydraulically but also have a positive social impact.
Elsa has over 7 years experience working in the Civil Engineering field. With a solid foundation of drafting, leading into 12d design and project lead roles while working efficiently with drafters, senior staff, clients and contractors to develop functional, current and creative civil designs that suit the clients needs. Elsa has experience using AutoCAD to draft civil works and 12D model of roads, drainage and earthworks. she has a solid understanding of the subdivision process from survey and site investigation to detailed design, IFC and as-constructed submissions.
Jacob has over 2 years experience as a Civil Engineer in Urban Land Development throughout South East Queensland and Victoria. He is a reliable first point of contact for the day to day workings to ensure projects are constantly on track and moving forward. Jacob prides himself on achieving the best outcomes from due diligence through to completion to ensure all clients objectives are met.
Kristy has over 10 years experience in all aspects of Project Administration. She operates at a high level demonstrating her ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with other departments and stakeholders of various levels. Contractually strong with a passion for streamlining processes to ensure projects are finishing within budget, timeframe and to the highest level of quality.
Fiona is an Administration Manager with over 11 years of experience in the industry making her a great team player with a flexible attitude to adapt to new environments and challenges. She has developed great skills to be able to prioritize her work, act collaboratively, communicate effectively with all stakeholders internally and externally, ability to cope well with pressure and achieve the targets and deadlines for various tasks. She plans, directs, and coordinates all of our administrative services assisting us with our HR and Financial operations as well as Event and Travel Management. Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department. Monitors and procures needed supplies for office. Liaises with staff, suppliers and clients.
